Seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to provide support to merchants. The role involves: - Managing incoming calls, messages, and merchant support requests. - Monitoring the control tower and coordinating responses to critical issues. - Offering initial troubleshooting and solutions when possible. - Forwarding complex issues to internal teams with clear and organized information. - Maintaining precise records of interactions and problems in the support system. - Working with internal teams to improve support processes and documentation.

Qualifications

Key requirements for the Bilingual Customer Support Specialist position: 1. Proficiency in English and French (both spoken and written). 2. Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities. 3. Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends. 4. Previous experience in customer support, particularly in payments, POS, or SaaS environments, is beneficial. 5. Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
