Bilingual Associate Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description

Join our team as a Bilingual Associate Insurance Sales Agent, where you'll handle inbound calls for multiple insurance products without prospecting or cold calling. You will also be making outbound calls to follow up on existing quotes, building strong relationships with our client's customers by selling Renters Insurance, Classic Car insurance, and other relevant products. Develop effective sales strategies, meet monthly sales goals, and track your performance to ensure success. Navigate data entry systems and stay informed about industry changes to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED. 2. Minimum of one year of sales experience. 3. One year or more of experience in a call center or insurance setting. 4. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. 5. Good computer and multitasking skills. 6. Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license or willingness to obtain it. 7. Ability to get licensed as a non-resident agent in all relevant states.
