Job Description

Join our team as a BDR, where you'll play a pivotal role in proactive prospecting, engaging with a high volume of potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email. You will identify and engage decision-makers within companies and condominiums, including property managers and key players in the condominium sector. Qualify leads based on specific criteria, focusing on alignment of profile, pain points, and timing, and schedule highly qualified meetings for the sales team. Continuously refine and optimize prospecting cadences, diligently update the CRM with accurate information, and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for opportunity generation.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience as a BDR/SDR is essential. 2. Must have a background in outbound prospecting. 3. Ability to engage in cold outreach via cold calls and messages. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. 5. Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach to processes and CRM management. 6. High level of resilience and consistency in following through with prospecting efforts.
