Job Description

Join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and drive our outbound prospecting efforts. This role involves: 1. Executing high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including calls, WhatsApp messaging, and emails. 2. Identifying key decision-makers within companies and condominiums, such as property managers and condominium-sector stakeholders. 3. Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria, including profile, pain points, and timing. 4. Scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales team. 5. Building and refining prospecting cadences to optimize lead generation. 6. Maintaining accuracy and discipline in CRM data management. 7. Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for generating qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

To succeed in this BDR role, you should possess: 1. Prior experience as a BDR/SDR. 2. Proven experience in outbound prospecting (beyond inbound). 3. Comfort with cold outreach methods (cold calls and messages). 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 5. Excellent organizational skills and process discipline with CRM. 6. High resilience and consistent persistence.
