BCA/SQL Programmer

Job Description

Seeking a MEDITECH BCA/SQL Programmer to create data solutions for healthcare analytics. Responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining BCA reports and dashboards. - Writing advanced SQL queries in PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server. - Using DBeaver and SQL Server Management Studio for development and troubleshooting. - Creating and maintaining views and stored procedures. - Troubleshooting report logic and data discrepancies. - Supporting report validation and testing. - Assisting end users with analytic tools. - Collaborating with teams on reporting priorities. - Supporting data governance and security standards. - Participating in MEDITECH upgrades.

Qualifications

Key skills and experience include: 1. Strong experience with MEDITECH Business and Clinical Analytics (BCA). 2. Advanced SQL development skills in PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server. 3. Experience using DBeaver and/or SQL Server Management Studio. 4. Strong understanding of MEDITECH data structures. 5. Ability to analyze reporting requirements. 6. Experience troubleshooting report logic and data quality issues.
