BAS Controls System Estimator/Engineer

Job Description

Take the lead in the pre-sales development of Johnson Controls Metasys Building Automation System (BAS) solutions. Oversee the Major Projects project development process for opportunities throughout North America. Provide crucial technical sales assistance to ongoing sales opportunities. Develop detailed specifications, system diagrams, and sequence of operations documentation for project submissions. Conduct thorough engineering and cost impact analyses to quantify cost savings and customer benefits.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology. 2. Demonstrated computer and analytical skills. 3. Preferred background in Installation Operations as an Application Engineer or Installation Project Manager. 4. Five to seven years of experience in Controls sales/operations with HVAC systems and project cost development of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
