Job Description

The Symicor Group is seeking a Bank Recruiting Analyst. Responsibilities include: * Reviewing current bank client job openings and matching them with Symicor Group's network of over 17,000 bankers across the U.S. * Matching suitable bank job openings with candidates in the ATS (Bullhorn). * Using banking knowledge to assist Symicor Group candidates. * Promoting The Symicor Group brand in various markets and professional communities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following: 1. 5-7 years of banking experience. 2. Recruiting experience in a financial institution. 3. Experience in building and maintaining pipelines. 4. Knowledge of Bullhorn ATS System. 5. Creativity and resourcefulness to identify and leverage resources. 6. Relationship building skills with sales ability and influencing skills. 7. Knowledge of banking positions and skills. 8. Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, web-based recruiting systems, and direct sourcing methods. 9. General knowledge of recruitment policies and practices. 10. Knowledge of applicable Employment Laws.
