Job Description
Become a B2C Sales Consultant and Telecaller, converting qualified leads into loyal customers for eco-friendly energy contracts at ilek. Engage with individuals who've shown interest in sustainable energy, closing sales with flair. Retain and build customer loyalty, serving as the expert to keep customers in the ilek family. Provide energy advice on the energy transition and consumption practices, supported by two weeks of training. Maintain a high conversion rate and proactively manage performance metrics.
Qualifications
1. Prior successful experience in telephone sales is essential. 2. Comfortable using various software tools, proficient in Google Workspace, and ideally Notion and Slack. 3. Possess a driven and commercially minded approach; viewing customer objections as new challenges. 4. Demonstrate resilience and remain undeterred by refusals. 5. Exhibit strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion capabilities to effectively convince customers. 6. Capable of effectively managing stress and emotions. 7. Organized and detail-oriented. 8. A genuine interest in the energy sector and ecological transition topics is beneficial.
