B2B Sales Team Lead
Job Description
Take the lead in structured acquisition and expansion strategies, utilizing both warm and cold outreach methods. Optimize pricing, terms, and assortment logic by leveraging data insights to develop effective sales-driving strategies. Spearhead and execute partnership and co-marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams. Represent Stapelstein® at relevant partner engagements, industry events, and meetings. Ensure seamless processes and manage communication with logistics, production, and customer support teams.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in Key Account Management, Commercial Partner Success, or B2B sales. 2. Ideally, experience within consumer-facing brands, lifestyle, design, family/parenting, or related sectors. 3. Proficiency with CRM systems and various digital tools. 4. Excellent English skills; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French) is advantageous. 5. Willingness to travel for trade shows, partner meetings, and in-person collaborations.
