Job Description

Lead and nurture the Technical Success team, building a collaborative and high-performing environment. Ensure compliant and effective deployments across all practices. Develop and implement strategies to boost MosaicOS™ adoption, optimize workflows, and achieve significant improvements in clinical efficiency and user satisfaction. Cultivate strong relationships with practice leaders and radiologists, acting as a trusted advisor and key escalation point while advocating for end-user needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to contribute to road-mapping and the ongoing enhancement of the platform. Analyze usage data, adoption patterns, and workflow metrics to identify potential risks, opportunities for improvement, and optimization strategies. Present these insights to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2. 10+ years of leadership experience in medical imaging workflow. 3. 5+ years working within radiology environments. 4. Deep understanding of radiology infrastructure, PACS/RIS, AI-assisted tools, and clinical workflow technologies. 5. Demonstrated success in leading technical teams, managing complex deployments, and fostering end-user adoption in healthcare settings. 6. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive-level influencing skills. 7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with a proven ability to improve operational efficiency.
