AU Recruitment Consultant – Health and Life Sciences

Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll identify, interview, and recruit qualified professionals for per diem and permanent roles. Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Generate leads through recruiting channels and referrals. Manage client relationships to understand hiring needs and ensure satisfaction. Conduct interviews in English, use software, provide HR support, manage projects, post job ads, facilitate candidate debriefs, and meet placement targets. Assist in business development as needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a science-related field. 2. Over 3 years of experience as a 180 Recruiter in the Australian market. 3. Experience recruiting for roles in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries. 4. Strong English skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficient in using ATS tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn. 6. Advanced LinkedIn sourcing skills. 7. Ability to work independently and proactively. 8. Strong interviewing skills. 9. Able to manage deadlines. 10. Highly organized and detail-oriented. 11. Ability to thrive under pressure. 12. Strong time management abilities. 13. Confident and driven to succeed.
