Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves making calls to stores to gather information based on client requests, documenting data on our internal platform. You will provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, chat, and social media, addressing inquiries about our products, services, policies, and company processes. Responsibilities include registering and monitoring requests, complaints, and suggestions in our internal systems, supporting the Spanish-speaking team with internal demands, and assisting in communication between Portuguese and Spanish when needed. You'll also perform data mining and analysis in existing databases to update information such as numbers and alerts.

Qualifications

1. Advanced Spanish proficiency (leadership and supervision communicate in this language). 2. Ability to adapt to changes and flexibility to work in different areas as needed. 3. Must have personal computer and stable internet access (100% remote work). 4. Basic computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
