Manage specific customer calls from Claro, providing the necessary attention to offer an effective solution.

Qualifications

1. Must be over 18 years old. 2. Completed secondary education. 3. Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory. 4. Must have own work tools. 5. PC or Laptop with a MINIMUM of 8GB of RAM. 6. Windows 11 PRO operating system. 7. Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi). 8. Headset with functional microphone. 9. Webcam.
