Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to manage Claro PREPAGO customer inquiries via phone. This is not a sales role; you will provide customer support and resolve inquiries. This is a 100% remote position.
Qualifications
1. Completion of secondary education. 2. Minimum of 3 months of formal experience in customer service or sales. 3. Must have personal equipment (computer or laptop for remote work) with Windows 11 PRO, 8GB RAM, wired internet connection, and webcam. 4. Exhibit a positive attitude and a desire for career growth within MDY Capacitación. 5. Availability for remote training sessions from Monday to Saturday during PM hours. 6. Paid training provided.
