We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle Claro PREPAGO customer inquiries via phone. This is a fully remote position focused solely on customer support, not sales. Join our team and provide excellent service to our valued customers.

Qualifications

1. Completion of secondary education. 2. Minimum of 3 months of formal experience in customer service or sales. 3. Must have a computer or laptop to work from home (Windows 11 PRO, 8GB RAM, wired internet, webcam). 4. Positive attitude, eagerness to grow, and desire to build a career with our MDY family.
