We are hiring Customer Service Agents to handle incoming calls from Claro PREPAGO customers, addressing their questions and concerns. This is a non-sales role focused entirely on customer care. Join our team of Remote Telephone Advisors and enjoy a 100% remote work setup within a BPO company.

Qualifications

1. Completed secondary education. 2. Minimum of 3 months of formal experience in customer service or sales. 3. Must have personal equipment (Computer or Laptop) for working from home, meeting the following specifications: Windows 11 PRO, 8GB RAM, wired internet connection, and webcam. 4. Display a positive attitude and a strong desire for growth and career advancement within the MDY family.
