Job Description

Manage customer calls and provide solutions related to their products or services. We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team and assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 18 years of age with valid ID. 2. Technical or University Education. 3. Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, sales, collection, or loyalty. In-person or telephone experience. 4. User-level PC skills. 5. Availability to work Full Time in Surquillo.
