Job Description
Provide support and solutions for inquiries, issues, or complaints from current or potential Entel customers (both pre and post-payment). Ensure that every interaction leads to the opportunity to recommend and successfully close a suggested sale.
Qualifications
1. Completion of secondary education. 2. Availability to work 100% remotely. 3. Possess the necessary tools for remote work: wired internet connection (50mbps), a processor of 6th generation or later, 8GB of RAM, Solid State Drive (SSD), headsets, and a webcam. 4. Basic computer skills. 5. Proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
