Qualifications
1. Must have a personal laptop or PC suitable for remote work. 2. Webcam with a minimum resolution of 2 megapixels. 3. Wired internet connection with a speed of 50 MBPS (essential). 4. Previous experience in a call center environment, particularly in telecommunications, insurance, or fiber optics services.
