Job Description

Provide support and solutions to current or potential Entel users' inquiries, issues, or complaints via Pre and Post payment channels. At the end of the call, propose and close the suggested sale.

Qualifications

1. Have a laptop or PC for REMOTE work. 2. Webcam (2 megapixels minimum). 3. 50 MBPS WIRED Internet (ESSENTIAL). 4. Experience in CALL CENTER customer service (telecommunications, insurance, fiber optics, duos, trios, etc.)
