Job Description

Provide telephone support to clients, resolving administrative queries and billing-related questions. Offer guidance and perform other functions as assigned by your supervisor to ensure excellent customer service. This is a full-time, remote position based in Peru.

Qualifications

1. Complete secondary education. 2. 3 months of experience in face-to-face customer service or call center (Formal or informal). 3. Good communication and willingness to learn. 4. Operating system: Windows 11 Pro, Enterprise or Workstation. 5. RAM memory: minimum 8GB. 6. Internet connection by cable (wired). 7. Headset / headphones with microphone. 8. Webcam for PC or adapted in laptop.
