Take specific calls from Claro customers and provide them with the necessary attention to offer an effective solution. Aim to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

1. Must be over 18 years of age. 2. Completed secondary education. 3. With or without experience in Customer Service. 4. Must have your own work tools. 5. PC or Laptop with a MINIMUM of 8GB of RAM. 6. Windows 11 PRO operating system. 7. Wired internet connection (not Wi-Fi). 8. Headset with functional microphone. 9. Web camera.
