Associate, Talent Acquisition
Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll play a key role in our recruiting efforts. You will: * Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support. * Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach. * Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills. * Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data quality and process consistency. * Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives. * Help keep hiring operations organized, responsive, and moving efficiently.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with: 1. 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are also welcome). 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems. 5. A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback. 6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
