Associate Sales Representative, Pain Interventions

Job Description

Become an Associate Sales Representative and sell implantable devices for pain interventions to physicians, institutions, and payors. Partner with strategic implanting centers, providing product and therapy technical support, managing sales trends, and presenting business plans. Ensure quality system compliance, generate new sales leads, and grow the Pain and Interventional business. Work autonomously, implement marketing strategies, and respond to customer complaints. Stay informed on competitor practices and maintain up-to-date customer records. Attend sales meetings, training programs, and trade shows. Create and implement an annual business plan, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to company policies while managing business within assigned budgets.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years of relevant experience. 2. OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience. 3. OR Bachelor’s Degree. Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences. 4. Solid knowledge of the Reimbursement climate. 5. Experience calling on physicians in Neurology, Physiatrist, Oncology, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care. 6. Minimum of 1 year of referral and therapy development. 7. Experience with surgeons. 8. Experience in developing new, innovative markets. 9. Experience in making multiple referral calls on a daily basis. 10. Familiarity with the O.R. 11. Solid business planning/consulting and financial analysis skills. 12. Knowledge of Physiology/clinical therapies. 13. Knowledge of Implantable devices. 14. Proven leadership abilities and experience in selling value-added programs. 15. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
