Job Description

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Education Manager to design and execute sales education programs, focusing on training objectives and curriculum development. This role involves attending cases, customer calls, and conferences to stay updated with sales trainee and customer needs. Responsibilities include facilitating sales education sessions, benchmarking training activities, and incorporating best selling methodologies. The manager will maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, collaborate with key opinion leaders, and partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective learning curriculum, aligning with business objectives and marketing initiatives. They will also lead cross-functional projects and refine sales education strategies based on market insights, ensuring efficient and streamlined approaches through new education platforms and technologies. Key duties include coordinating departmental reporting and driving the Sales Education strategy to meet evolving market demands.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree required. 2. 6+ years of work experience required. 3. Masters degree preferred. 4. 3+ years medical device or marketing/sales or sales training experience preferred. 5. Experience in VTE, endovascular, or peripheral vascular space. 6. Experience with pulmonary embolism disease state strongly preferred. 7. Experience in group facilitation, adult learning methodologies, instructional design concepts, or presentation skills preferred. 8. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), proficiency with content creation software (Articulate 360, Synthesia, video editing) preferred. 9. Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to create, refine and implement medical education programs and training material based on the changing needs of the customer and climate preferred. 10. Database and learning management system (LMS) experience preferred. 11. Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise. 12. Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends. 13. Must be able to communicate/present to large groups of people.
