Associate Producer

Job Description

Join VOID Interactive as an Associate Producer and play a key role in the successful delivery of engaging game features and content. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic sprint-based development environment. Facilitate clear communication, optimize workflows, and ensure the timely delivery of milestones. Drive team meetings, enforce production processes, maintain the product backlog, track progress, identify risks, and support scheduling efforts. Collaborate with senior producers and development leads to align priorities and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

1. 2-4+ years of experience in production, project management, or a similar coordination role within the gaming or related industries. 2. Experience working in agile or sprint-based development environments. 3. Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Experience maintaining schedules and supporting on-time project delivery. 5. Ability to identify risks and communicate them clearly to stakeholders. 6. Confidence working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities. 7. Comfort communicating with senior stakeholders and escalating issues when needed. 8. Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a collaborative, remote-first team. 9. Willingness to collaborate across multiple time zones when required.
