Job Description

Join Nagarro as an Associate Principal Engineer, focusing on DevOps practices. This role involves integrating enterprise tools with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and the DevOps Center of Excellence (CoE) ecosystem. You will serve as a key authority for toolchain integrations and platform enablement, designing scalable and reusable integration frameworks. Your responsibilities include governing security and infrastructure integration requests to ensure compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, enabling centralized platform capabilities, and supporting the onboarding of new technologies. You will ensure that integrations meet high standards for scalability, reliability, and auditability, while providing guidance and documentation to engineering teams. Continuous improvement of integration processes and platform efficiency is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 9 years of total experience is required. 2. Must have strong experience in Architecture and Data Platform Implementation. 3. Hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions is essential. 4. A solid understanding of DevOps toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering is necessary. 5. Experience in enterprise-scale tool and platform integrations is required. 6. Must have knowledge of security, infrastructure, and compliance integration practices. 7. Experience in defining standardized integration patterns, templates, and workflows is needed. 8. Must have a strong understanding of cloud environments and scalable system design. 9. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills are important. 10. Strong documentation and communication skills are also necessary.
