Associate Manager, Partner Analytics, Insights

Job Description

Seeking an Associate Manager to lead partner analytics and insights. You'll deliver high-quality analytics, reporting, and insights while managing a small team. Conduct advanced data analysis for enterprise partnerships and operational performance. Construct and maintain dashboards and executive-level reports using BI tools. Write and refine SQL queries and analytical models. Mentor a team of analysts and act as the primary analytics partner for Enterprise Partnerships, liaising with shared service analytics. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

1. Requires 4+ years of analytics, business intelligence, or reporting experience. 2. Must demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; experience with PowerBI. 3. Experience with BigQuery and Salesforce.com is advantageous. 4. Knowledge of forecasting, performance modeling, or trend analysis is expected. 5. A bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, or Economics is required (or equivalent experience). 6. Travel might be needed occasionally. 7. The ability to work more than 40 hours/week is needed sometimes.
