Job Description

Stellus Rx is looking for an Associate Manager, Engage Pharmacist to enhance healthcare results through strategic population health initiatives. This role involves: 1. Developing and implementing population health initiatives focused on medication management and therapeutic outcomes. 2. Analyzing health data to identify trends and opportunities for intervention. 3. Collaborating with healthcare providers for optimal medication selection and monitoring. 4. Designing patient education programs about medications. 5. Coordinating care plans within healthcare teams. 6. Participating in quality improvement projects to improve medication-related outcomes. 7. Providing patient care in an appointment-based model. 8. Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. 9. Managing and training Pharmacy Care Coordinators.

Qualifications

To excel in this Associate Manager, Engage Pharmacist role at Stellus Rx, you'll need: 1. A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution. 2. Active pharmacist licensure in the state or region of practice. 3. Advanced certification in population health management (preferred). 4. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. 5. Experience in pharmacy practice, ideally in population health or managed care. 6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. 7. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement methodologies.
