Job Description

Become our Associate Implementation Specialist and lead the technical configuration for new Ashby clients. Partner with an Implementation Specialist to confirm customer requirements before configuring the platform. Create and implement testing plans before launch. Document configuration choices for ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

1. Complex SaaS Implementation & Project Management: Experience contributing to or owning implementation projects for complex SaaS products. 2. Customer Centricity: Understand customer needs and tailor configurations to meet specific requirements. 3. Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of a complex product (ideally Ashby) and its technical intricacies. 4. Critical Thinking & Solutions Orientation: Proactively address customer opportunities and improve processes. 5. Best Practices & Recommendations: Advise customers on software best practices for optimal value. 6. Change Management: Experienced in navigating change management processes. 7. Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication: Effectively partner with stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
