Qualifications

1. Proven experience in selling various life insurance products, including term and permanent life insurance. 2. Hold an active life insurance license. 3. Be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to advance your career in a fast-paced sales setting. 4. Thrive in a diverse team of competitive individuals, constantly learning from one another. 5. Be willing to succeed in a target-driven atmosphere with incentives based on KPIs. 6. Collaborate effectively with others, resolving issues using communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Five9. 7. Possess a natural conversational ability. 8. Embrace feedback and appreciate hands-on management that supports your growth. 9. Be available for occasional weekend and evening work.
