Associate Director, Talent Management – Talent Partner
Job Description
Join Pratt & Whitney as an Associate Director, Talent Management, and play a pivotal role in aligning talent processes with business and global talent strategies. Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to address talent challenges, provide insights, and support future strategies. Partner with HR Communities of Expertise to enhance talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and well-being. Advocate for internal talent advancement, lead internal searches, and facilitate cross-organizational moves. Support career development activities and contribute to advancement initiatives while staying updated on local trends. Lead regional talent partners in Canada and Poland, providing guidance and fostering their growth.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of progressive HR experience in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, HR generalist, development, and/or organizational design; OR an Advanced Degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience in these domains. 2. Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with individuals at all levels, including senior leadership. 3. Demonstrated experience presenting complex information (data and analysis) to senior leadership clearly and concisely. 4. Prior HR Partner or Talent Management experience. 5. Experience working with creative, innovative, and matrixed teams. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface comfortably at all levels. 7. Strong organizational, problem-solving, adaptability, and analytical skills for timely decisions.
