Associate Director, Program Integrator – Supply Chain, Capacity Growth
Job Description
Become a pivotal player as the central integrator for the Capacity Growth Office Supply Chain organization. You will be responsible for streamlining business rhythm, ensuring comprehensive data collection, and fostering robust cross-functional alignment. This role involves significant external engagement, requiring frequent interaction with suppliers to support supplier strategy. Be prepare materials for the Department of War. Your expertise will contribute to resiliency planning and seamless coordination across engineering, programs, supply chain, and finance. Establish and manage the Supply Chain CGO operating cadence. You'll deliver impactful presentations for senior leadership, clients, and suppliers, while harmonizing supplier-related activities with internal teams.
Qualifications
1. Hold a University Degree or possess equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years in a relevant field. 2. Alternatively, have an Advanced Degree in a related field coupled with at least 9 years of experience. 3. Proven experience in leading across multiple functions is essential. 4. Demonstrated experience interacting with suppliers and customers, particularly within the Department Of War. 5. Adept at synthesizing data and creating executive-ready presentations.
