Job Description

Assume full responsibility for overseeing and executing end-to-end commercial launch activities, including meticulous pre-launch planning and diligent on-market support. Foster widespread adoption and optimal utilization across diverse markets through close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to streamline ordering processes, enhance results delivery, and elevate the overall customer experience. Spearhead the development of comprehensive sales training content and provide steadfast field onboarding support for all new product launches. Develop clear, scalable materials and thorough documentation to facilitate effective communication of workflows to internal teams, particularly Sales. Contribute to the development of persuasive core pitch decks and comprehensive objection-handling guides, while collaborating with Sales leadership to ensure field readiness and consistent messaging. Closely monitor the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and clinical trends in MRD to gain insights and inform strategic decision-making. Synthesize collected insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product differentiation and strategic positioning in the market. Actively contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for Natera’s methylation-based platform, ensuring alignment with company goals. Serve as a pivotal liaison across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Operations teams to foster collaboration and drive results. Drive alignment and seamless execution across diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, ensuring project success.

Qualifications

1. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in life sciences, engineering, statistics, or a similar discipline. A master's degree (MBA, MS, PhD) is an added advantage. 2. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience is essential, including product management, commercialization, product/solution marketing, or management consulting. 3. Experience supporting or leading commercial product launches is essential. 4. Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) is strongly preferred. 5. Experience working with products delivered as services is a plus.
