Job Description

Spearhead the creation and roll-out of market access strategies for Circulatory Restorations' technologies spanning the International region. Evaluate market trends, the competitive arena, reimbursement frameworks, and regulatory mandates to pinpoint both prospects and hurdles. Team up with commercial leadership at the regional and country levels to mold pricing tactics and reimbursement structures. Champion a business-growth perspective throughout International by spotting and ranking fresh market-entry points and expansion possibilities. Supervise and guarantee the prompt provision of reimbursement submissions and evidence appraisals across vital International markets. Forge and nurture connections with pivotal stakeholders, including payers and policy influencers. Offer seasoned insights into International reimbursement matters and shifts in health policy.

Qualifications

1. Possess a minimum of 8–10 years of experience in market access/reimbursement/HEOR (experience in the medical devices sector and cardiovascular settings is preferred). 2. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous, contingent on key International markets. 3. Demonstrate robust business development and commercial acumen (critical): capability to recognize opportunities, construct business cases, and sway decisions through strategic, financially sound recommendations. 4. Possess knowledge of pertinent payer and reimbursement systems, coupled with reimbursement compliance. 5. Understand the process for policy development and implementation. 6. Have knowledge of health economics and outcomes research. 7. Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and decision-makers. 8. Be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 9. Showcase skills in the development and deployment of health economics outcomes tools (e.g., Markov modeling, decision tree analysis) – desirable.
