Associate Director, Clinical Operations – Country Manager

Job Description

Precision for Medicine is seeking an Associate Director to lead Clinical Operations. This role involves providing leadership to the Clinical Operations Department, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective clinical trial operations compliant with ICH-GCP, Federal regulations, SOPs, and applicable regulations. The Associate Director will collaborate with executive management on department development, contribute to SOP revisions, ensure adequate CRA resources, coordinate team activities, represent Clinical Operations on project teams, assist with meetings, produce reports, provide input for proposals, and hire/train employees. Key responsibilities include overseeing clinical trial management and monitoring, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the strategic development of the department.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, scientific, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research, including extensive clinical and line management experience or proven competencies. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Experience using computerized information systems, electronic spreadsheets, word processing, and electronic mail. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with others. 6. Experience monitoring in Oncology and complex therapeutic areas is preferred.
