Join our team as an Assistant Manager and contribute to the development of advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions. You will play a key role in developing and deploying machine learning models for customer segmentation, ensuring continuous monitoring of model performance, and refining algorithms to improve accuracy. Your insights on channel effectiveness and marketing attribution will drive data-informed decisions. You will support the design and development of AI-powered solutions, collaborating with digital banking, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer engagement and optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications

1. 4-6 Years of experience in AI & Machine Learning 2. Strong proficiency in Python 3. Experience with SQL for data extraction 4. Knowledge of R is an added advantage 5. Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms 6. Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in banking 7. Experience with digital analytics tools
