Job Description

Provide telephone support to Movistar customers, promoting and closing sales of prepaid telephone services, meeting commercial goals and quality standards, contributing to business growth. Make calls to potential and current clients. Promote Movistar services in prepaid mode. Close sales following established protocols. Meet sales, quality, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

1. Over 18 years of age 2. Have your own laptop or computer. (Intel Core i3 processor or later (from 6th generation), Ryzen 3 or later or AMD8 or later, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 or 11, solid state drive and wired internet of 50 mbps or more) 3. With experience in CALL CENTER or PRESENCIAL sales (Desirable, not essential)
