This role involves customer service related to portability, sales of telecommunications services, collections, and cross-selling of products. Qualifications

1. Experience in call center: customer service, sales, collections, or cross-selling. 2. Must have a PC or LAPTOP with a wired internet connection of at least 30MB. 3. Must have headphones. 4. Open to applicants nationwide. 5. Availability to work REMOTELY from home. 6. Must have a valid National Identity Document. 7. Completed secondary education.
