Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to receive specific calls from Claro customers and provide the necessary assistance to offer an effective solution. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Qualifications

1. Must be over 18 years of age. 2. Completed secondary education. 3. Previous experience in Customer Service is welcome, but not required. 4. Must have your own work tools. 5. PC or Laptop with a MINIMUM of 8GB of RAM is indispensable. 6. Windows 11 PRO operating system is indispensable. 7. Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi). 8. Headset with a functional microphone is indispensable. 9. Webcam is indispensable.
