Provide exceptional service by addressing their specific needs and delivering effective solutions. This is a fully remote, full-time position based in Peru, with no sales involved. Engage directly with customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through your dedicated support and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

1. Must be 18 years or older. 2. Completed secondary education. 3. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 4. Must have your own work tools. 5. PC or Laptop with a MINIMUM of 8GB of RAM is essential. 6. Windows 11 PRO operating system is essential. 7. Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi). 8. Headset with a functional microphone is essential. 9. Webcam is essential.
