Job Description
We are looking for a Call Center Advisor to assist our customers with their telecommunication needs. You will be responsible for receiving calls from users of "CLARO" services and providing excellent customer service while identifying opportunities for commercial engagement. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively manage customer inquiries.
