Job Description

Join our team as a Sales Advisor and provide excellent telephonic customer support for Movistar, driving sales of pre-paid services and meeting quality standards. Contribute to business growth by making calls to potential and current customers, promoting Movistar services, and closing sales following established protocols. Achieve sales, quality, and productivity goals in this remote position based in Peru.

Qualifications

1. Must be 18 years or older. 2. Must have personal laptop or computer (Intel Core i3 or higher (6th generation or later), Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD8 or higher processor, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 or 11, solid-state drive, and wired internet with 50 Mbps or more). 3. Experience in CALL CENTER or FACE-TO-FACE sales is desirable but not mandatory.
