Job Description

The Data Architect is a professional specialized in data architecture, dedicated to aligning the technology strategy with Alelo's business strategy from the perspective of data components. Responsibilities include defining, guiding, constructing, and maintaining data models, ensuring they are consistent with defined business rules and enabled data storage technologies. Collaborating with various technology and business teams, providing guidance and support for the implementation of data-related initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related fields. 2. Experience in data management, data visualization, BI, BigData, and Analytics. 3. Experience in Data Architecture projects. 4. Experience and ability to gather requirements for designing data architecture solutions, data modeling, and data flows. 5. Experience with Data Lake, preferably AWS cloud. 6. Experience in Data Architecture design. 7. Experience in defining reference architectures for data, including naming standards and data modeling for relational, dimensional, and unstructured (NoSql) databases. 8. Experience with data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical modeling of relational, dimensional, and unstructured (NoSql) database structures). 9. Experience with approaches for Master and Reference Data. 10. Experience with data architecture tools (for designing data solutions), data modeling (for conceptual, logical, and physical modeling of relational, dimensional, and NoSQL data structures), and data governance and quality (data catalog). 11. Knowledge and/or experience in agile frameworks. 12. Knowledge and/or experience in LGPD and BACEN regulation. 13. Desirable knowledge of cloud services and software architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). 14. Adaptable to changes and innovation in processes. 15. Collaborative profile with a problem-solving mindset and good interpersonal skills. 16. Analytical skills in both technical and business aspects related to data assets.
