Job Description

Seeking an Area Vice President to spearhead Enterprise client acquisition in the DACH region. This role involves driving new business campaigns, aiding in complex deal execution, and fostering relationships with key Enterprise accounts. You'll attract and develop top talent for the Enterprise Sales team, utilizing data-driven strategies to achieve targets. Represent customer product needs, support strategic partners, and collaborate across departments to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies. Key responsibilities include planning, managing, and prioritizing the successful implementation of our platform.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related technical field. 2. Fluency in German and English. 3. 15+ years of field sales management experience at a senior leadership level in the enterprise software industry. 4. Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and revenue goals. 5. Experience selling to enterprise-level customers with established C-suite relationships. 6. Experience driving team performance through metrics and dashboards. 7. Forecasting and reporting expertise. 8. Proven ability to lead, attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent. 9. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar contact management systems.
