Area Sales Manager, ENT
Job Description
Engage directly with medical professionals, including physicians and nurses, to promote and sell Medtronic Surgical Technologies products. Take charge of implementing effective sales strategies and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders. Successfully execute sales plans, strategize sales calls, and provide exceptional support and service to clinical teams. Report on market activity and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience; OR Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience. 2. Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences. 3. Proven medical sales track record, ideally with ENT products. 4. Comprehensive knowledge of ENT product/therapy customer base. 5. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
