Job Description

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to design and implement sales plans tailored to specific markets. The manager will cultivate new distribution channels aligned with the company's overarching strategy. Responsibilities include closely monitoring forecasts, budgets, targets, and depletion rates, while also providing motivation and oversight to distributor performance. The manager will execute and oversee pricing strategies as defined by CBT, continuously tracking competitor activities and staying abreast of industry and market trends. Proactive prospecting of potential distributors and key outlets is essential.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in spirits sales and distributor management. 2. Solid experience within the Chinese market is essential. 3. Background in FMCG, with experience in on/off premise, outlet management, and e-commerce, is advantageous.
