Area Leader – Manager Trainee

Job Description

Manage 12-14 retail store locations, ensuring operational excellence. Train and mentor employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Implement strategic merchandising plans and maintain strict control over cash and inventory. Motivate teams and foster a culture of outstanding customer service. Focus on profit and loss management, including budget planning, sales maximization, and expense control. Establish clear performance goals and objectives, working closely with senior management to monitor progress and drive results.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, or possess over five years of experience managing district or regional operations in retail/commercial settings, or managing a large single commercial store with multiple managers and over 100 employees. 2. Must have a valid driver's license from your state of residence and maintain automotive liability insurance throughout employment. 3. Ability to multitask effectively, demonstrate self-motivation, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching tasks, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. 4. Previous experience in multi-unit management is highly preferred.
