Job Description

Take the lead in the development of colleagues within the designated area, tailoring strategies based on their specific roles. Achieve or surpass established sales targets for critical growth-oriented products. Formulate comprehensive annual strategic business plans for assigned territories. Efficiently manage diverse administrative responsibilities and reporting tasks, encompassing performance management activities.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is a must-have. 2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a people leadership or management role is required for external candidates. 3. Proficiency in sales performance techniques and problem-solving methodologies. 4. Exceptional communication abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated business management acumen. 5. Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. 6. Previous experience in animal health and familiarity with small animal veterinary medicine is highly desirable. 7. Readiness to undertake extensive travel (70-80%) is necessary.
