Job Description

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to engage potential clients for Ace Design & Build. Responsibilities include: - Responding to inbound leads from Instagram, website, and referrals. - Qualifying leads based on budget, seriousness, and fit. - Positioning Ace Design & Build as a premium and in-demand company. - Booking high-quality appointments for the sales team. - Promptly calling new leads and following up via call and text if there is no answer. - Maintaining consistent follow-up with a minimum of 3-5 attempts. - Identifying project type, budget, timeline, and decision maker. - Confidently positioning meetings and creating urgency. - Clearly confirming appointments. - Logging every lead in the CRM and tracking status with detailed notes.
